Tongue-tie and lip-tie babies are considered emergencies and will be seen immediately.

We will be available during our normal office hours:

Wednesday/Thursday 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM.

Loveable Smiles Team Is Grateful

Dearest Patients, Family and Friends;

The theme of our letter this year is Gratitude. We have so many things to be grateful for in 2019. We recently celebrated our 13^th year in Richardson. We can say with pride that it has been a wonderful year for us and for the Richardson community. We continue to celebrate being chosen for the 2010 Dallas Business Journal Ethics Award.

We are most grateful for all of the support within our community and for all of the precious referrals from our Loveable Patients.

We have celebrated many weddings, engagements, new babies and vacations with our patients, friends and families throughout this year. We have shared sad occasions, as well, throughout all of this we have continued to have wonderful success stories of the happiness our patients’ Loveable smiles have given them. We are improving our office by putting in hospital grade wood floors and new paint. The Loveable Team: Tray, Devona, Ariana, and Hana are expertly trained in dentistry and customer service. We have never had a better team, ever! Dr. Korenman is also up to date on laser dentistry which means no shots, no drills, and no pain! We have also added more frenectomies (tongue/ lip tie) newborns and tongue rejuvenation for bad breath with that laser.

What remains the same is that we answer the phone 24/7, listen to our patients, we continue to strive for higher technology and we never ever hurt anyone. Dr. Korenman’s cell phone number is on his card so you can even reach him personally.

How Important Is it to Keep Your Hygiene Appointment?

I am married to Dr. Korenman and I work in the office everyday with our Loveable Team.

I confirm appointments and tell all of you the importance of coming to clean and check your teeth on a regular basis.

It had been since last October that I personally had Tray our hygienist clean and check my teeth.

I am an avid flosser and brusher. I’m OCD about it. I floss every time I eat anything. I like eating about every two hours as I claim to be a health fanatic.

Today there was an opening and I had my dental cleaning.

I do have beautiful teeth, thanks to Dr. Korenman and I feel that I take excellent care of them.

But I didn’t get my dental work cleaned and checked for a while.

Thank God I did it today as right at the gum line on two of my beautiful teeth, Tray and Dr. Korenman confirmed I had the beginning of decay.

Good old stress got the better of my teeth. Maybe if I had done my cleaning timely it could have been prevented.

Thanks to Tray, who by the way is an excellent hygienist, is the best who has ever cleaned my teeth. He’s very kind, gentle and knowledgeable about teeth. I am so grateful for him to be part of our team.

Mouth Restoration Helps Grandson Move Forward In Life Again

It’s been said that a grandchild fills a space in the heart that you never knew was empty.

This is certainly true for one of our patients who has helped her grandson with extensive dental work here at Loveable Smiles. A full mouth restoration for her grandson has been life changing for this young man.

To protect identities, we’ll refer to this precious grandmother as J.P.

It had been such a long time since J.P.’s grandson had been to the dentist, that he was afraid and embarrassed to go.

Additionally, due to his dental situation, he had a hard time eating and was embarrassed by his mouth.

He didn’t smile, he didn’t show his teeth and J.P. says her grandson’s lack of self-confidence was the cause of his struggle to find direction and move forward in life.

J.P. had heard that Dr. Korenman of Loveable Smiles was the one to see if you had a fear of dentists. He’s known for his is dedication to reversing the trend of miserable dental events.

J.P. made an appointment for her grandson and she admits she was nervous about how he would react to the experience.

Once J.P.’s grandson met Dr. Korenman, she says he felt comfortable and felt a connection with not only the dentist, but the entire staff.

J.P. shares, “Everyone at Loveable Smiles was very warm and very compassionate. We both felt comfortable immediately. Dr. Korenman has the technology and the skills – the whole package to help his patients.”

Despite the 3-hour drive, J.P.’s grandson never wavered in his commitment to maintaining the various appointments that were needed to complete his dental work.

J.P. proudly reports that this dental work has been life changing for her grandson. He’s moving forward in life again. He’s making plans, meeting goals and living on his own.

Best of all, his beautiful smile has returned. It’s the same smile J.P. remembers from when her grandson was a young boy of 8.
